Sales enquiries and orders

For a sales enquiry:

  1. Contact Conrad Heatsinks:
  2. Please advise the products and quantities that are of interest to you as well as your contact and delivery details (in order to receive a reply including freight options and costs).
  3. Conrad Heatsinks will reply promptly confirming product availability, price and freight options for overseas enquiries.
  4. If you wish to proceed with an order, select a freight option (overseas enquiries only), make a payment and advise Conrad Heatsinks. For payment methods, see below.
  5. Conrad Heatsinks will reply with a confirmation of despatch and payment details.

Freight Costs and Schedules

Australia
For Australian deliveries, Australia Post delivery schedules apply and prices are:

  • Melbourne metro: $7.50 (incl. GST) per delivery
  • All other Australian destinations: $12.50 (incl. GST) per delivery


International
For overseas enquiries, the following delivery services will be quoted at competitive prices :

  • Australia Post Standard Airfreight (7 to 10 working days) or FedEx
  • International Priority (3 to 4 working days) (whichever is less)
  • Australia Post Economy Airfreight (2 to 6 weeks)
  • Australia Post Seafreight (10 to 12 weeks)

Payment Options

Payments may be made by:

  • Credit card: (Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa)
    Card details can be sent to us by :
    - fax (61-3-9387 2896) or telephone (61-3-9387 7106)
    - email. For security reasons, it is advised to send the card details over
    several emails e.g.:

  • PayPal: Go to www.paypal.com for payment to our account
    at Copy this email address
  • Cheque or money order made payable to Conrad Heatsinks P/L.
  • Bank transfer: banking details will be supplied on request.

Returns Policy

Conrad Heatsinks will replace any products faulty in materials or workmanship.

Prices

For overseas orders, currency exchange rates are calculated at the time the order is received.
Australian orders are subject to Australian GST. The Price List is x-GST.
The online sales enquiry form specifies the GST for Australian orders and sales quotes.

Privacy and Security

Information collected for sales and sales enquiries is not used for any other purpose.
It is not stored on our computer system, or made available to others.
